Stock Availability
Availability is shown on each product page. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and advise on any changes or delays.
Order Acceptance
Orders are confirmed only after full payment. “Awaiting Payment” does not indicate acceptance.
Payment within 3 working daysOrder Processing
Once marked “Processing”, your order is accepted and being prepared. Cancellation is not allowed from this stage onward.
Order Cancellation
No cancellation is permitted once an order has been accepted. Any request is subject to approval and refund terms.
Warranty Coverage
All products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from delivery date, applicable to functional defects only.
Warranty Exclusions
Excludes wear & tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, improper storage, or cosmetic differences.
Warranty Claims
Submit claims via email to info@rehabzone.com.sg. Items must be returned for inspection and assessment.
Claim Outcome
Approved claims will receive a replacement item or part. Rejected claims will be returned to the customer.
Manufacturer Warranty
For applicable products, please contact the manufacturer directly. Assistance may be provided by Rehabzone where possible.
