How to Use
Pick a comfortable to angle to set your board to. If you are a beginner, start with a gentler incline and work your way up.
- For calf stretches: position your foot or both feet on the board with toes pointing upwards. Straighten your knees to target the gastrocnemius or bend slightly to target the soleus muscle. Hold stretch for 30 seconds.
- For squats: Position your feet on the board with toes pointing downwards. Make sure you get a good footing and balance before squatting.
