Terms & Conditions of Refund
Please review the following terms and conditions applicable to refund and cancellation requests made to REHABZONE.
Approval of Refund
Case-by-Case Approval
REHABZONE will process, subject to approval, each refund of payment on a case-by-case basis.
Valid Reasons for Refund
Only valid reasons for refunds will be accepted. These include, but are not limited to, products being out of stock, manufacturing defects, or premature failure of a product.
Warranty Claims
Customers are encouraged to make a warranty claim where applicable before requesting a refund.
Please note: Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
Refund Fee
Administration Fee
An administration fee of S$20 (flat fee) or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher.
Payment Agent Fee
Any payment agent fees incurred, including fees from providers such as PayPal or NETS.
Delivery Fee
Any delivery fees already incurred in connection with the order.
